Heritage Park, a historic living museum, seeks a Donor Stewardship and Communications Advisor to build and nurture donor relationships, recognize generosity, and create memorable experiences that deepen engagement and support for the park.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure donors, sponsors, and supporters feel genuinely appreciated, recognized, informed, and emotionally connected to Heritage Park.
• Lead stewardship and donor experience activities, including donor recognition, stewardship coordination, donor communications, impact storytelling, and appreciation initiatives.
• Coordinate event attendee stewardship for commemorative events such as the Livingston Donor Recognition Dinner.
• Operate and maintain Raiser’s Edge NXT, including reporting, portfolio tracking, gift processing support, and event collaboration.
• Produce dashboards and manage donor data to support decision‑making and relationship management.
