Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Operations - Oversee day-to‑day dormitory operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping
- Carry out regular inspections of rooms and shared facilities
2. Resident Management - Manage check‑in and check‑out of workers
- Keep accurate and up-to‑date resident records (e.g., names, employers, room assignments)
- Enforce dormitory rules and regulations
- Address and handle residents’ feedback and complaints
3. Safety & Compliance - Ensure compliance with regulations under the Foreign Employee Dormitories Act
- Monitor fire safety, emergency procedures, and incident reporting
- Coordinate with relevant authorities during inspections when necessary
4. Maintenance Coordination - Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance and repair issues
