Prepare and revise technical drawings using AutoCAD and/or other drafting software. Produce 2D drawings, layout plans, general arrangement drawings, detailed drawings, fabrication drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings. Support railway-related projects involving mechanical, electrical, structural, civil or building services drawings, depending on project scope. Prepare drawings for equipment layout, trackside installation, cable routing, support structures, panels, brackets, enclosures, and other railway system components. Assist engineers in converting design sketches, mark ups, specifications and site information into proper technical drawings.
