Job Description

• To formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualisation
• To generate 3D Computerised perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings
• To prepare presentation such as design intent, colour scheme and material board
• To prepare for Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection
• To communicate and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and project managers on all project matters

• Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in related discipline
• Preferably minimum 1 year working experience in Architecture / Interior Design for Commercial and Industrial Projects
• Competent in Autocad, 3D Studio Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• Able to independently design and prepare full sets of drawings from design intent to construction detailings
