Job Description
Responsibilities: - Preparation of shop drawings and relevant documents for submissions required.
- Coordinate with project team for details based on requirements from client and relevant authorities.
- Ensure all drawings are checked and approved.
- Experience in HDB and Condo projects.
- Perform other related work duties as assigned.
Requirements: - Good interpersonal and communication skill
- At least a Professional certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma with 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in local construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD software (3D)
- Preferably with experience on structural steel drawing
- Able to work independently with responsibility and minimal oversight to meet tight deadline
