Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Driver Team Leader to join their Neighbourhoods service based at Pembroke Road.

This is a hands-on frontline leadership role responsible for delivering safe and efficient domestic and commercial waste collection services across the local area. Leading a small crew of Loaders, you will ensure daily collections are completed safely, efficiently and to a high customer service standard.

The Role

As Driver Team Leader, you will take responsibility for:
Leading and coordinating a waste collection crew
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring vehicles are maintained to required standards
Ensuring all health and safety procedures and safe systems of work are followed
Supporting operational efficiency and service delivery across allocated routes
