Acts as the first-line connector between PTT Global MSAT and the internal as well as external manufacturing network. Supports the successful industrialization of Drug Product manufacturing processes during technical runs (TRs), engineering runs (ERs), PPQ, and launch phases. Drives systematic process improvements based on product and portfolio needs, owns second-source transfer activities, and provides hands‑on second‑level commercial product support in the context of investigations, CAPAs, and troubleshooting.
Works in close partnership with local MSAT functions, Product Steward(s), and Product Technical Lead(s), and provides technical support across the site network for both product‑specific and broader multi‑product needs.
