About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dry Bulk Operator to take on end-to-end ownership of voyage operations across an allocated fleet of dry cargo vessels. This is a hands-on operational role with strong cross-functional exposure to our commercial and trading teams, and a clear pathway for those with an interest in people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage all shipping operations for an allocated portfolio of dry cargo vessels, from fixture through to voyage completion
• Issue and follow up on voyage instructions, coordinating closely with shipowners, masters, charterers, and internal trading teams
