$56,000 - $65,000

Key Job Accountabilities

Assumes leadership role with accountability for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.

Facilitates achievement of business results by role‑modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.

Leads an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.

Recruits, manages, develops, and trains top talent who have a love of shoes.

Achieves company objectives and enhances the DSW brand image by modelling our values of passion, accountability, collaboration, and authenticity/humility.
