Job Description

LOCATION: Killingworth Shopping Centre

HOURS: 40 hours per week, 5 Days from 7 On Rota between 0630-2215

PAY RATE: £ per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises in a busy shopping centre. Responsible for day-to-day cleaning and housekeeping. Supporting the day-to-day supervision of the daily operations of the Centre. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Carry out daily cleaning within the Centre following PPM Schedules are delivered to maintain a clean and safe environment for all visitors 
  • Ensure efficient recycling and waste management is carried out 
  • Maintain welfare facilities in good condition 
  • Liaise with all colleagues to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Centre 
  • Cleaning car parks, manually brushing edges, along with emptying and replacing bin liners...
