Responsibilities

• Hold duties as Duty Manager in a fast-paced setting with responsibility for operations and customer service quality.
• Ensure team coverage on responsible shifts and maintain consistently high standards of service.
• Apply up-to-date knowledge of licensing regulations and licensing compliance on a day-to-day basis.
• Demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, and a focus on going above and beyond for customers.
• Contribute to a positive, close-knit team culture and support the group’s growth opportunities when possible.
