The DynamX Logistics Traineeship grows and develops graduates by building functional & technical capability within the Logistics department (Warehouse, Inventory & Distribution). The program is a competitive, incremental fixed‑term contract that lasts 24 months, with progression into each phase determined by robust evaluations. Participants experience 6‑month rotational cycles, cross‑functional work experience, and follow the 70‑20‑10 learning model: 70% experiential learning, 20% developmental relationships, and 10% coursework and training.
