1. Order &Inventory Management .
Order & Logistics:
Process orders from Shopify andmarketplaces, manage order confirmation, and issue shipping instructions. .
Inventory Control:
Reconcile physical stock with systemdata and ensure seamless inventory synchronization across multiple stores. .
Customer Support:
Deliver 'Omotenashi'(Japanese hospitality) via Email, Chat, and Phone, handling inquiries, returns,and exchanges. 2. Site Operations & Growth .
Product Management:
Manage new product launches onShopify, including copywriting and visual uploads. .
Campaign Execution:
Plan and set up promotionalcampaigns, coupons, and CRM activities (Newsletter/Whatsapp). .
