Responsibilities
Manage daily e-commerce store operations and monitor overall store performance across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop etc Upload new products, maintain accurate product listings, and update inventory levels and pricing regularly Process customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment Handle customer enquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities to drive sales growth Prepare weekly sales reports, analyze sales performance, and support data tracking for business improvement Coordinate closely with warehouse, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth daily operations and campaign execution Monitor stock availability and support inventory replenishment planning Ensure product information, images, and promotional materials are updated accurately on all platforms S...
