Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the overall day to day responsibilities of E-commerce contents, including data input, classification, sorting, filing, and storage of relevant sales orders & other documents.
- Collect, collate and summarize market quotations, prices, new products, customer information, past sales records, and provide analysis reports for departmental business personnel, superior decision-making reference.
- Responsible for the trading records and compilation monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports of various sales indicator.
- Assist superior on the daily communication and coordination with internal departments, and strengthen cooperation among them.
- Help on resolving the customer complaints, record, and assist to handle the issues properly.
- Plan and execute on the use of relevant sales expenses.
