Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via email, phone, or chat.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Open for non-bachelors
• Experience as a Customer Service answering concerns and inquiries in any of the e-commerce platforms (shoppee, lazada or tiktok)
• Experience in health supplements, diet, nutrition, and human anatomy is a plus
• Amendable to work on site.
