Hire Resolve is currently seeking a talented and experienced E-Commerce Demand Planner to join our client. As an E-Commerce Demand Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing customer demand, driving accurate forecasts, and optimizing inventory levels for our e-commerce platform based in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer demand patterns and historical sales data to develop accurate demand forecasts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, including Marketing, Sales, and Logistics. Monitor key performance indicators such as customer orders, inventory levels, and product availability. Optimize inventory levels to reduce out-of-stock situations and minimize excess inventory.
