Main purpose of the job:
The E-commerce Manager (Pet) is responsible for managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives. This is a multidisciplinary role, where the primary purpose is to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operational management across all eCommerce offers and processes. Manage & scale up ecommerce activity, revenue, improve accounts performance, execute communication strategy to increase the product uptake value to clients and ensure continuous growth within the store
