We're looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to run our online business focused on consumables for Chinese restaurants. You’ll manage everything from product listings to packaging design, order fulfillment, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities - Manage online store operations (e.g. product listings, pricing, promotions)
- Understand product features and customer needs (mainly restaurant supplies)
- Design product packaging and create artwork for finished goods
- Work with suppliers, printers, and designers to bring packaging ideas to life
- Handle logistics: inventory, shipping, and delivery for online orders
- Boost online visibility and sales
- Analyse sales performance and suggest improvements
- Purchase, receive and delivery of e-commerce products
- Warehouse management of e-commerce products
