E-Commerce Strategy
- Develop mid to long-term corporate e-business and relationshipmarketing strategies, and help GM to evolve RCKoreavision and strategies based on them.
- Well understand 1) latest dynamics of e-business industry and CRM environment, 2) strengths and weakness of RCKorea, and 3) e-player/e-consumer behaviors to derive strategic implications.
- Performs opportunity assessment to identify potential for pursuing existing and emerging electronic commerce customers.
- Actively partner with Sales & marketing functions to effectively leverage, communicate and weave developed insights into business plans, strategies and communications to create competitive advantage and drive sound decision making.

Customer Management
