Position Overview

Pandora is currently looking for a Fullfilment Supervisor to support a rapid digital growth and expansion in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The supervisor will guide a warehouse operations team of 3-4 people, ensuring eCommerce orders are delivered on time and that customers receive excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates engaged in all operational activities, including inventory management, customer service and carrier communication on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Promote excellent customer service by training junior staff, ensuring customer inquiries and complaints are handled in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform operational activities including picking, packing and returns management.
