About the Role (Mission)

Schneider Electric is looking for an experienced EA Busway Leader to drive full busway business performance for the region.

What will you do?

• Accountable for revenue, margin, and pipeline growth in East Asia, growing pipeline in targeted countries and segments
• Own market strategy, segmentation, and competitive positioning. mastering competitive landscape & fight plan
• Drives offer roadmap and gap closure with Busway League and IBD, identifying offer gaps and deploying new offers in close collaboration with Busway League and Busway factories
• Ensure optimized Supply Chain Strategy (forecast, localization), driving coordination with various busway factories to ensure optimum support to the EA Business
• Leads must-win projects (Go-To market, Offer, Priority Setting, Escalation, Win Strategy)
