Day‑Day Responsibilities

• To maintain accurate and up to date records and observations that fulfil Ofsted requirements and support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• To plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities for children within the setting and afterschool club, supporting physical play, creativity, communication, and social development.
• To provide a safe, stimulating, and well‑resourced environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore, and develop independence through play‑based learning opportunities.
• To support children’s individual learning journeys, recognising developmental milestones and adapting activities to meet the needs and interests of all children.
