The Eaton Leadership Development Program Finance & Accounting is a two‑year program that involves two assignments in an Eaton facility, each lasting 12 months. Each assignment offers the opportunity to be placed in different facilities, businesses, and/or functions throughout the program. You will gain multiple leadership experiences and present to Eaton leaders during each assignment. Upon completion, you may qualify for roles such as Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant, or Auditor.
You will be assigned to two 12‑month roles within Eaton, rotating through different facilities, businesses, and functions. Your assignments will provide opportunities to develop leadership skills, interact with and present to Eaton leaders, and gain experience across diverse areas of Finance & Accounting.
