Role Responsibilities Full operational ownership of Fastrak’s ecommerce platform and company website Day-to-day management of the online team and delivery of outputs Continuous improvement of website performance, usability, UX and conversion rates Building, maintaining and optimising ecommerce content, promotions and product listings Managing digital marketing activity across SEO, paid social media, email and online campaigns Ensuring the ecommerce platform is used effectively to support and market retail stores, including: Store promotions Campaign communication Key retail messaging and information Working closely with retail and operations teams to ensure alignment between online and in-store activity Monitoring performance using analytics and reporting on traffic, conversion and sales Managing external suppliers, agencies and technical partners where required Requirements Experience Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in ecommerce or digital platform management Proven experience man...
