Your Mission
We are currently seeking an experienced Ecommerce Executive to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in e-commerce, with additional experience in CRM considered a valuable asset. This role will be instrumental in supporting the development and execution of e-commerce strategies aimed at driving business growth and enhancing the online presence of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end revamp e-commerce platform, enhancing design, user experience, and customer journey.
- Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce growth strategies that boost sales, retention, and brand loyalty.
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including site performance, product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service excellence.
- Work closely with logistics and product teams to streamline fulfilment, ensure inventory accuracy, and guarantee timely product delivery.
