Job Overview As our eCommerce & Marketing Associate you will be the engine behind our online brand presence. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms while executing the digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic conversion and customer retention. This is a 360‑degree role requiring a unique mix of operational discipline, analytical tracking and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities eCommerce Operations - Manage storefronts (Shopify) ensuring accurate product listings, pricing and inventory levels.
- Coordinate the order fulfillment cycle with logistics and warehouse partners to ensure fast shipping.
- Optimize the storefront user journey to improve conversion rates and remove checkout friction.
- Monitor and resolve customer inquiries, returns and delivery escalations.
