2. Data monitoring and organization: Track daily store metrics (traffic, sales, conversion rates, etc.) and assist in creating data reports to support team decision-making.
3. Market and competitor research: Gather industry trends, monitor competitors’ marketing activities and pricing strategies, and compile preliminary analyses.
4. Marketing campaign support: Assist in managing major promotions, including material organization, content proofreading, and campaign setup checks.
5. Customer feedback processing: Help collect and organize user reviews and customer feedback to identify areas for product and service improvement.
