Acting as the champion for the digital website experience, this role delivers on the product vision to create a best-in-class web journey that exceeds customer expectations and drives business growth
Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce Management, the Ecommerce Platform Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth of the regional B2C business. This includes day-to-day ownership of website performance, execution of strategic improvements, and oversight of A/B multivariate testing as well as user research to continually enhance the customer experience.
