Job Description i. Manage daily eCommerce order processing and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely shipping to three of the largest US electronics retailers. ii. Create and issue shipping labels, providing accurate instructions to 3PL partners. iii. Track and update shipment statuses, proactively resolving delays or discrepancies. iv. Respond to order-related customer inquiries across online sales channels. v. Verify shipping invoices for accuracy, ensuring proper descriptions, charges, and delivery details. vi.
