Role and Responsibilities:
To head the Project management & lead Governance for various clients/projects of multiple locations- Education Operations.
To Oversee, regulate, and drive projects for planned outcomes and identified objectives.
Direct process, roles, and successful service deliveries for new and existing projects
Monitor project progress on regular intervals, view the feedback from stake holders, assess the impact and suggest measures for improvement.
Provide support and suggestions to the project managers on a
collaborative approach for enhanced client satisfaction!
University Relationship management through periodic task reviews and actionable.
Initiatives for new revenue generation from existing client
Ensure that the implementation process is carried out appropriately and every member involved in the process makes the needed contribution to the overall project delivery and completion.
