Program Coordination
Manage the end-to-end sponsorship cycle, including application outreach, eligibility vetting, school placement, onboarding, and continuous monitoring of student progressEnsure timely payment of school fees and coordinate the disbursement of other educational and welfare support services.Provide academic follow-up and coordinate with schools to identify early warning signs of academic or behavioral challenges among sponsored students.Offer emotional and psychosocial support mechanisms either directly or through referrals to relevant professionals.
