Job Overview As the first Education Lead at Gumloop, you will lead the development and delivery of live and asynchronous educational experiences for users, guiding them from onboarding to sharing AI agents.
What You'll Do - Own Gumloop’s live educational program—including cohorts, webinars, and workshops—from curriculum design to delivery.
- Build and maintain async content that supports learners between live sessions: written guides, video walkthroughs, and templates.
- Develop learning paths for different user segments (beginners, power users, enterprise teams) and functions (Gumloop for marketing, for sales, for operations, etc.).
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Community to align education with launches and feature releases.
