Job Description

• Cleaning Duties: Responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand as necessary.
• Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including floors, countertops, and food storage areas.
• Waste Management: Properly dispose of garbage and maintain trash bins in designated areas.
• Support: Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Education: While a high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred, it is not always required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
