Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Leadership:
Act as the designated WSHO and Fire Safety Lead, ensuring all site activities align with statutory requirements and fire prevention codes.
Advisory & Strategy:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for various departments, providing guidance on Risk Management, Permit-to-Work systems, and localized fire safety protocols.
Incident Management:
Partner with operational leads to facilitate comprehensive investigations into workplace incidents, utilizing root-cause analysis to implement long-term preventative measures.
Quality & Standards:
Oversee the maintenance and renewal of Integrated Management Systems (IMS), specifically focusing on
ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
frameworks.
Operational Oversight:
Execute regular site evaluations and EHS audits, including audits of external client locations to ensure third-party compliance.
