The eLearning Support Assistant supports the delivery of high-quality online and blended learning across the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health. Working closely with eLearning Technologists, Support Officers, academic staff, and professional services colleagues, the role contributes to the creation of accessible, engaging digital learning resources and effective staff training. The post holder helps ensure students and staff have a positive, inclusive digital learning experience, while developing their own skills in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

The eLearning Team supports teaching and learning across the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health, working in partnership with academic colleagues, IT Services, and central University teams.
