Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of electrical and controls engineers.
Lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of electrical motion control systems used in Semiconductor Machines or Automation machinery
Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and control architectures.
Troubleshoot motion synchronization, positioning accuracy, vibration and dynamic performance issues.
Manage multiple automation or machine-build projects from concept to commissioning.
Coordinate with mechanical, software, and production teams.
Support or review programming for Motion controllers, Servo tuning and Automation sequences
Improve machine reliability, efficiency, and maintainability.
