Electrical Construction Management
Oversee execution of HV/LV electrical works , including module stringing, inverter installation, transformer and HT yard works, cable laying, termination, earthing, and SCADA-related installations.
Ensure electrical construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, IEC/IS standards, and project requirements .
Develop construction methodologies, work sequencing, and execution strategies for electrical scope.
Planning, Scheduling & Control
Review and finalize electrical construction schedules, micro-plans, and manpower deployment plans in coordination with planning teams.
Monitor progress against baseline schedules and take corrective actions to mitigate delays.
