Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Designer to support the Managed Design Engineering Field Design Support group at the Y‑12 facility. This role is responsible for developing high-quality electrical design deliverables that directly support construction and operational activities in a highly regulated environment.
The Electrical Designer will work closely with electrical engineers and fellow CAD designers to produce accurate, code-compliant drawings and technical documentation using Bentley MicroStation.

Develop and revise electrical design drawings including:
- One-line and wiring diagrams
- Lighting and power plans
- Installation and construction details
- Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) diagrams
- Conduit and cable schedules
- Fire alarm and communications drawings

Support preparation of data sheets, specifications, and field walkdown reports
