Responsibilities: Designing and developing electrical and electronic circuits, systems, and components to meet specific product requirements Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring timely solutions aligned with stakeholder expectations. Manage, evaluate, and qualify component discontinuations (EOL) and/or second-source alternatives (LLI). Maintain and update all relevant documentation within the PLM system, including BOM, drawings, specifications, manuals, service instructions, and release notes. Review and execute engineering change requests and improvement proposals by assessing feasibility, risks, and cost-benefit considerations before implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and process) to achieve project goals and deliverables. Provide engineering expertise and technical support for assigned R&D or CIT projects. Support global production operations and the technical support team on electrical-related matters.
