Reporting to the Maintenance SupervisorTo provide technical engineering support within the Hard FM Services department by carrying out preventative maintenance to deadline plus maintain paperwork to support PPM activitiesTo respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI’sTo manage sub-contractors as necessary working to a safe system of work and permit-to-work systemTo undertake AP/RP duties for the disciplines for which you have been appointedWorking 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a requirement to participate in the out of hours on call rota and be able to respond/attend site within one hour of the call The person:
