Job Description
We are looking for a leader who can guide and develop our Electrical Operations & Maintenance team, ensuring all activities are carried out to the highest technical, regulatory and organisational standards.
The successful candidate will manage resources, oversee verification processes, maintain compliance documentation, and act as NICEIC QS to uphold quality and statutory requirements across the contract.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Electrical Operations & Maintenance team, ensuring effective delivery of all electrical maintenance activities. Manage hiring, training, supervision, and appraisals for electrical staff and Technical Placemakers.
