This is a major role for an Electrical Project Manager who has already delivered large, technically demanding building services packages and is ready to take lead responsibility on a serious data centre scheme.
You will be joining a £50m M&E data centre project in the Camberley area, involving the delivery of two new data halls alongside the refurbishment of an existing data hall. It is a project with real technical depth, combining new build delivery, critical infrastructure, live environment considerations, commissioning pressure and the level of coordination expected on mission-critical work.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit above the detail. The job needs a Lead Electrical Project Manager who can take control of programme, procurement, technical information, subcontractors, commissioning strategy, quality and day-to-day delivery, ...
