Responsibilities


+ Manage the full project life cycle—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout—while collaborating closely with site superintendents and internal stakeholders.

+ Oversee daily operations, including talent acquisition (interviewing/hiring), resource allocation, payroll approval, and team delegation.

+ Manage project billing, create bid sheets and contractual proposals, and provide weekly/monthly financial forecasting and revenue projections.

+ Coordinate all material and equipment procurement. Conduct rigorous quality and safety audits to ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards.
