Job Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for electrical systems, production machinery, and utility equipment.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to maintenance schedule to ensure smooth plant operation.
Monitor and maintain electrical panels, motors, sensors, drives, compressors, pumps, and automation systems.
Attend and resolve machine breakdowns efficiently to minimize production downtime.
Support installation, testing, commissioning, and improvement projects for production machines and plant equipment.
Inspect machine electrical components and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Record maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage properly.
Ensure all electrical works comply with company safety standards and statutory requirements.
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve machine performance and reliability.
