Their in-house Repairs & Maintenance team plays a crucial role in ensuring customers feel safe, supported and proud of their homes.This opportunity sits within their South Patch, covering Leicestershire, Coventry, Hinckley and Northampton, supporting both occupied and empty (void) properties.

Your new role

Salary: Up to £49,000 per annum +pany Vehicle & Fuel
Hours: 39 per week
Contract: Permanent

As an Electrician, you’ll be carrying out a wide range of electrical repairs, installations and safety checks to ensure customers’ homes meet the highest standards andply with the latest IET Wiring Regulations.
Your work will include:Repairs & Maintenance (Occupied and Void Homes)

Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults in kitchens, bathrooms and general living areas.

Replacing accessories ...
