Job Description
The role of Electrician will include:
Maintaining electrical installations and replacements in tenanted and void properties, ranging from changing a faulty light fitting or socket to partial/full rewires and CCU upgradesInspecting and testing of occupied and void properties, ensuring safety and complianceCompleting all paperwork and producing certification associated with works undertaken Monitoring and maintaining good levels of van stock to achieve a 1st time fix and ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a suitable condition Skills and experiences:
To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to 18th Edition - 3rd and 4th amendment, NVQ Level 3 in core electrics, City & Guilds 2391-52, AM2.
