**Description:**
You will be the Electromechanical Engineer for the Hardware Engineering team within Missiles & Fire Control (MFC). Our team delivers the high reliability electronic packaging, harnesses, and enclosures that power missile and radar systems for the United States and allied militaries.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the ElectroMechanical Engineer you will own the end to end development and production of electromechanical hardware on one or more defense programs. You’ll lead cross functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure every design meets strict size, weight, power, and environmental requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading hardware development and production efforts, driving schedules, quality, and cost targets.
• Designing CCA/PWB packages, harness assemblies, and electronic enclosures; creating detailed 3 D models, 2 D drawings, and layout documents in Windchill/CREO.
