Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced trading desk environment whilst executing and optimizing ETF and index program trades using advanced algos

Monitor and refine algorithmic trading strategies using real-time market data, and analyse execution quality through daily TCA and performance reviews

Provide coverage and execution support for client-driven flow whilst driving improvements

Collaborate with quant, tech, and strategy teams to enhance trading logic
