**Job Description**

This is a highly hands-on role focused on wiring electrical control panels (NEMA enclosures), building equipment racks, and supporting system assembly.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform advanced wiring and assembly of control panels, including NEMA enclosures.
+ Route, terminate, and label power and signal wiring per schematics and engineering direction.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
+ Build and integrate electrical racks and system enclosures.
+ Install electrical components including breakers, relays, power supplies, and control hardware.
+ Use hand and power tools for drilling, mounting, and modifications daily.
+ Perform basic testing and troubleshooting using multimeters.
+ Identify wiring errors, build issues, or design gaps and communicate with engineering.
